Our students are already hard at work on our 23rd annual show, Moot Girls! Based on Mean Girls, this year’s show follows Cady Hearing, a 2L, who has just transferred to Minnesota Law after a year of online classes at home. Excited for her first in-person semester, she’s shocked to discover an intricate social hierarchy ruled by the cold, competitive Regina Judge, head of the infamous clique on the Trademark & Brands Moot Court: the Moot Girls. With help from her new friends, Janis and Damian, Cady schemes to dethrone Regina as queen bee of the law school. But when her plan backfires, Cady learns an unexpected lesson about lifting up her peers, finding her own path, and what truly matters in law school. With over 100 students involved across cast, crew, and orchestra, it’s our largest production yet!
